This is Adrian Grether’s independent website, not the Cevitalis online shop. Orders, payments and applications for a sales partnership are handled on Cevitalis’s external pages. The provider and terms shown there apply to those transactions. Commercial referral links are labelled where they appear.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Privacy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This notice provides a concise overview of the data processed when you visit this website.

1. Data controller

2. Hosting and server log files

This static website is intended to be hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. To deliver content securely, the hosting service processes technically necessary access data. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested file, volume of data transferred, referring page, browser type and operating system.

This processing supports the secure and reliable delivery of the website and is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Information about STRATO's data processing is available in STRATO's privacy policy. We do not combine this access data with other data sources.

3. Language selection

Your language is determined by the page address you choose and is kept as you navigate. We do not store this preference in your browser or set advertising or analytics cookies.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or Instagram direct message, we process your message, contact details and any information you voluntarily provide in order to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract; otherwise, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

5. Instagram and external links

This website contains ordinary links to Instagram. No social media plugin is embedded, so we do not send data to Instagram simply because you visit our website. Following a link takes you away from this website. The platform operator is responsible for its own processing. If you message us there, we also process your profile name and message content to respond, as described in section 4.

6. Cevitalis shop, partner registration and advisor portal

This website links to Cevitalis's external shop and partner registration on cevitalis.eu. The provider is CEVITALIS GmbH; current contact details are available in the Cevitalis legal notice. Please read the Cevitalis privacy policy for information about processing when visiting the shop, ordering or registering. These external notices may be in German.

Referral attribution: The labelled links contain my partner number 12005. This enables Cevitalis to attribute a purchase or registration to my referral. I may receive commission or other financial benefits under the partner programme's terms. The number identifies me as the referrer, not you as a visitor.

When you follow a link: No Cevitalis forms, tracking pixels or shop scripts are embedded on this website. We do not set affiliate cookies or create click profiles here. Only when you open an external link does your browser request the destination page, transmitting data including your IP address, technical browser information and the partner number in the link. The links are configured not to send the address of the originating page as a referrer. Cevitalis explains its cookies, recipients, retention periods and legal bases in its own notices.

Data from the advisor portal: As an independent CEVITALIS advisor, I can access personal data of customers and partners assigned to me in the Cevitalis advisor portal. Cevitalis is the source of this data. Depending on what is made available there, this includes customer or partner details, contact information, referral assignments, orders and commission statements. I process this data to support assigned customers and partners, respond to their enquiries, and check and account for my referral remuneration. Adrian Grether, identified in section 1, is the controller for this processing carried out by me.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: my legitimate interest in transparent referral accounting and supporting existing customer and partner relationships. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies where processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or take pre-contractual steps at your request. Statutory retention obligations are fulfilled under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Referral attribution alone does not constitute consent to newsletters or other marketing that requires consent.

I only disclose data where legally permitted and necessary for the relevant purpose, in particular to Cevitalis to resolve an enquiry you have raised or an accounting issue, and to legally entitled bodies where required. For my own records, support records are retained only as long as needed; accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Retention within Cevitalis's system is governed by its own policies. Your rights, including the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, are explained in section 9. You can contact me at any time about my processing.

7. No analytics, profiling or contact form

On this website, we use no analytics or tracking tools, embedded videos, advertising-network scripts or contact form. The external partner links and subsequent attribution by Cevitalis are described in section 6. We do not carry out profiling. If additional services are introduced later, this notice will be updated in advance and consent obtained where required.

8. Data retention

Unless a more specific period is stated in this notice, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. When the purpose no longer applies or the retention period expires, the data is deleted in accordance with applicable law.

9. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Baden-Württemberg, the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

10. Encrypted transmission

HTTPS encryption is intended to be enabled when the website is published. This is intended to protect data exchanged between your browser and the hosting service from being intercepted by third parties.

This privacy notice reflects the website's functionality as of the date stated above. It will be updated to reflect technical or legal changes.
